Program Format
Our ACE Guitar Class covers acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass. Students can use our in-class guitars and amps if needed, and we also guide families on purchasing the right instrument and gear. We help students learn basic care as well, including tuning, restringing, and proper upkeep.
Build Core Guitar Skills with Clear Guidance
Students learn essential skills such as:
proper hand positioning and technique
chords and chord transitions
strumming and picking patterns
rhythm and timing
basic music reading and tabs
Play Along to Songs and Apply New Skills Every Week
Students learn to play along with songs, and also practice duets with teachers and other students to build real playing experience. We make sure to teach new techniques and important guitar skills with songs students are excited to play!

Learning guitar strengthens hand coordination, timing, and listening skills. These are proven to support brain development, improve focus, and build discipline—skills that carry over into academics and other activities.

Program Format
At Ace Academy, we teach Acers piano through a strong balance of classical fundamentals and modern music. Students learn on our full-size pianos and keyboards during class, and we can guide families in choosing the right piano or keyboard for home practice if needed. From the beginning, we teach proper posture, hand position, and effective practice habits so students build the right foundation early.
Build Core Piano Skills with Clear Guidance
We guide Acers step-by-step as they learn:
proper hand position and finger technique
reading music (notes, rhythm, and timing)
scales and foundational theory
coordination between both hands
dynamics and control
Explore a Wide Range of Music and Genres on the Piano
At Ace, Acers are introduced to a variety of genres including classical, pop, and contemporary music. We help them see how piano connects across styles and expand their understanding of music as a whole.
Grow As a Student with Coordination, Focus, and Musical Understanding
Through piano, Acers strengthen coordination between both hands while building memory and concentration. Learning to read and play at the same time supports cognitive development, pattern recognition, and long-term focus. These are skills that continue to benefit them in school and beyond.

Program Format
At Ace Academy, we teach Acers drum set and percussion through fun, hands-on playing from day one! Drums are one of the most natural instruments to learn—students can start playing and feeling the beat right away. Acers learn on our electronic drum sets in class, and we can help guide families in choosing the right drum set for home if needed. We also teach proper setup and stick grip early so students build great habits from the start!

In Our Songwriting Workshop, we help Acers turn their ideas into real songs. We teach songwriting as a skill that grows from understanding music. Acers learn how melodies, chords, and lyrics work together so they can create with confidence and direction.

We guide Acers step-by-step as they learn:
how to write melodies that feel natural and memorable
how to build chord progressions using real music theory
how to structure a full song (verse, chorus, bridge)
how to write lyrics with clear meaning and purpose

Acers Create, Play, and Experience Their Own Music
At Ace, Acers create real songs they can play and share. There is a real sense of pride that comes from performing something you wrote yourself. We guide students from a simple idea all the way to a finished song they can confidently perform.
